Sliced Envy™ apples with creamy dessert/snack style spread.
Serves 4
INGREDIENTS
- 3 to 4 Envy™ Apples
- 1 lemon
- ½ cup ice water
- 5 ½ oz cream cheese, at room temperature
- ¼ cup honey
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- Edible flowers
METHOD
- Slice the Envy™ Apples into even sized wedges and place in a bowl.
- Squeeze over the lemon juice and add the water, toss the apples gently and allow to sit for 3 minutes then drain very well.
- Whip the cream cheese until soft and creamy. Spread over your board.
- Drizzle with honey and dust with cinnamon.
- Decorate with the apple slices and edible flowers.
