ENVY™ APPLE HARVEST FLATBREAD

Party Sized Recipe for 12 Guests

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Envy™ Apples
  • 12 of Pre-Made Flatbread Rounds
  • 3 C Gruyere Cheese
  • 1 C Baby Arugula or Baby Kale
  • 2 T Olive Oil
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cut Envy™ apples into ¼ inch slices and set aside.
  2. Place flat bread on a baking sheet and grate Fontina cheese over top.
  3. Bake 12-15 for minutes at 350 degrees until cheese is melted.
  4. While flatbread is still warm, drizzle honey over top.
  5. Toss arugula with olive oil and sea salt, then place on pizzas.
  6. Top with Envy slices, then sprinkle with black pepper, if desired.
