ENVY™ APPLE CHIA OVERNIGHT OATS

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Rolled Oats
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • 1 Cup Almond Milk
  • ½ Cup Coconut Yoghurt
  • 1 ENVY™ Apple, Cored and Grated
  • 2 Tablespoons Toasted Chopped Nuts or Chia Seeds
  • Fresh Seasonal Fruits

METHOD

  1. Combine the oats, honey or maple syrup, chia seeds and almond milk and mix well
  2. Then fold through the grated apple and yoghurt
  3. Divide the mixture between two jars or serving bowls and chill overnight
  4. Top with the toasted nuts and fresh fruits just before serving
