Ingredients
- 1 Cup Rolled Oats
- 2 Tablespoons Honey or Maple Syrup
- 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
- 1 Cup Almond Milk
- ½ Cup Coconut Yoghurt
- 1 ENVY™ Apple, Cored and Grated
- 2 Tablespoons Toasted Chopped Nuts or Chia Seeds
- Fresh Seasonal Fruits
METHOD
- Combine the oats, honey or maple syrup, chia seeds and almond milk and mix well
- Then fold through the grated apple and yoghurt
- Divide the mixture between two jars or serving bowls and chill overnight
- Top with the toasted nuts and fresh fruits just before serving
