ENVY™ STILTON CHEESE PIZZA

Makes 1 Pizza

Ingredients

• 1 Store Bought Plain Pizza Crust
• 1 Tablespoon Pizza Sauce
• 1 Tablespoon Sweet Chilli Sauce
• ½ Cup Mozzarella Cheese
• 1/3 Cup Stilton Cheese
• 1 Envy™ Apple
• 4 Slices Prosciutto
• Arugula Leaves for Garnish
• Fresh Basil
• Toasted Walnuts if Desired

METHOD

1. Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees F
2. Combine the pizza sauce and sweet chilli sauce
3. Spread the sauce over the pizza base
4. Sprinkle with half the mozzarella cheese and half the stilton
5. Cut the Envy™ apple in half and core then slice into thin wedges
6. Arrange the apple over the cheese then top with remaining cheese
7. Cook the pizza for around 7-10 minutes until pale golden and starting to bubble
8. Add the strips of prosciutto and cook a further few minutes until golden and bubbling
9. Serve with fresh arugula & basil leaves and a sprinkle of toasted walnuts if desired
