Vegan Envy™ Herbed Croissants



  • 1 Envy™ Apple
  • 1 Package of Pillsbury Croissants
  • Sage
  • Rosemary
  • Sea Salt


  1. Cut Envy™ apples in ¼ inch slices
  2. Mince rosemary
  3. Open package of Pillsbury Croissants and separate triangle pieces
  4. Place 3 Envy™ slices at the widest part of the croissant dough
  5. Layer sage leaves on top of the Envy slices and then add rosemary, reserving some for top of croissant
  6. Roll the croissant dough into a croissant shape
  7. Sprinkle additional rosemary on top
  8. Bake on cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 12 minutes
  9. Top with sea salt and garnish with extra rosemary, sage, and Envy slices
