Ingredients
- 1 Envy™ Apple
- 1 Package of Pillsbury Croissants
- Sage
- Rosemary
- Sea Salt
Method
- Cut Envy™ apples in ¼ inch slices
- Mince rosemary
- Open package of Pillsbury Croissants and separate triangle pieces
- Place 3 Envy™ slices at the widest part of the croissant dough
- Layer sage leaves on top of the Envy slices and then add rosemary, reserving some for top of croissant
- Roll the croissant dough into a croissant shape
- Sprinkle additional rosemary on top
- Bake on cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 12 minutes
- Top with sea salt and garnish with extra rosemary, sage, and Envy slices
