Ingredients
- 1 Envy™ Apple
- 3 C Hard Apple Cider
- 1 oz Pomegranate juice
Method
- Cut Envy™ apples into neatly sliced wedges about ¼ inch thick. Select the best slices and create an apple fan using a skewer stick.
- Pour Pomegranate Juice into 2 glasses.
- Add about 1 ½ cups hard apple cider leaving a two-color affect.
- Top with Envy apple fan and serve with a stirring stick.
Non-Alcoholic Mocktail Option:
Replace Hard Cider with Sparkling Apple Juice.
