Quick and Tasty snacks for one

  • Sliced ENVY™ apple with brie and onion or fig jam.
  • Slice an ENVY™ apple into rounds or slices. Top with a brie wedge and a dollop ofonion or fig jam. Garnish with fresh thyme.

Sliced ENVY™apple with prosciutto and quince paste

  • Slice an ENVY™ apple into rounds or slices. Top with prosciutto and a dollop of quince paste. Garnish with microgreens.

Sliced ENVY™ apple with nut butter and toasted seeds

  • Slice an ENVY™ apple into rounds or slices. Spread with nut butter of your choice and top with a blend of toasted seeds (we used a mixture of pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and linseeds) Garnish with extra finely chopped ENVY™ apple.

Sliced ENVY™ apple with Greek yoghurt, mint and freeze-dried raspberry powder

  • Slice an ENVY™ apple into rounds or slices. Top with a dollop of Greek yoghurt, a mint leaf and a sprinkle of raspberry powder.

Sliced ENVY™ apple with miso caramel

  1. Make a miso caramel – combine 200g caster sugar and 40 g glucose syrup in a medium saucepan with ¼ cup water. Place over a medium heat and bring to the
    boil, swirling the pan. Once boiling, cook over high heat until the sauce becomes a rich amber colour. Remove from the heat and whisk in 60g unsalted
    butter and ¼ cup cream. Cool slightly then whisk in 1 tablespoon white miso.
  2. Cool to room temperature.
  3. Slice an ENVY™ apple into thin slices and dip into the caramel. Extra caramel can be refrigerated for up to 7 days.
