Festive Envy™ Platter

Ingredients

• 4 Envy™ Apples
• 32 oz Ricotta cheese
• 2 T Honey
• Honeycomb
• Fresh Sage Leaves

Directions

1. Core and thinly slice the Envy™ apples and set aside.
2. Strain the ricotta on a baking sheet lined with 2 layers of paper towels.
3. Add ricotta to a mixing bowl and beat on high speed for 1 to 2 minutes until the ricotta is whipped and the texture is smooth.
4. One spoonful at a time, transfer the ricotta cheese to your festive serving board.
5. Nestle an Envy slice and a sage leaf in between each spoonful of ricotta.
6. Drizzle with honey and enjoy!
