Ingredients
- 2 Envy™ Apples
- 4 Slices of Rustic Grain Bread
- 8T Peanut Butter, or Nut Butter of Choice
- ¼ Cup Pistachios
- Dark Chocolate Sauce
- Sea Salt
Directions
- Toast bread slices and top with peanut butter.
- Thinly slice Envy™ apples and place on top of peanut butter.
- Crush pistachios and sprinkle over to the Envy™ apples.
- Drizzle chocolate sauce on top and then add a pinch of sea salt.
