Party Sized Recipe for 12 Guests
Ingredients
- 4 Envy™ Apples
- 2 Round Brie Cheese Wheels
- ½ C Sour Cherry Preserves
- 1/4 C Crushed Pistachios
Directions
- Place brie on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and top with preserves.
- Bake 5-8 minutes at 350 degrees until melty, but not dripping.
- Place brie on serving platter and top with pistachios.
- Arrange Envy slices along the brie to use for dipping.
- Enjoy!
