- 2 Envy™ Apples
- 1 C Orange Juice
- 1 C Water
- ½ C Sugar
- 24oz Cranberries
- Cheese Grater
- Grate 1 ½ Envy™ apples and set remaining half aside.
- Combine orange juice, water, and sugar in medium sized saucepan.
- Bring mixture to a boil.
- Add Envy™ apples and cranberries.
- Stir frequently until about half of the cranberries burst, about 15 minutes.
- Remove from heat.
- For an elegant plating, garnish cranberry sauce with thinly sliced Envy wedges
