Make-Your-Own Merry Envy™ Pops

Party Sized Recipe for 30 Pops

Ingredients

• 10 Envy Apples
• 2 C Candy Melts
• 2 C Chocolate Melts
• 1 C Crushed Pretzels
• 1 C White Chocolate Chips
• ½ C Dried Fruit
• ½ C Seeds
• ½ C Coconut Flakes
• ½ C Crushed Walnuts
• Assorted Holiday Sprinkles
• Caramel Drizzle

• Popsicle Sticks

Directions

1. Slice Envy apples horizontally and use a round cookie cutter to carve out a hole in the center to create pop shape.
2. Add a stick to the bottom of the Envy slice. You may need to slice the bottom of the apple with a small knife first.
3. Heat up your candy and chocolate melts in the microwave stopping every 30 seconds to stir and ensure a smooth melt.
4. Dip your Envy pop into the melt of your choice to fully coat, then sprinkle on desired toppings.
5. Chocolate will harden after about 10 minutes allowing the toppings to stick to your Envy pop.
