- 2 Envy™ Apples
- 1/2C Diced Onions
- 1C Sliced Mushrooms
- 3oz Pine Nuts
- 8oz Spaghetti Pasta
- 3T Olive Oil
- 4T Parmesan Cheese
- Salt and pepper
- Melt butter in a saucepan on medium-low heat.
- When butter is melted add onion and sauté until translucent
- Add Envy™ apples, mushrooms, and pine nuts.
- Heat, stirring frequently, until Envy™ is lightly golden.
- Cook noodles per the directions to al dente.
- Space noodles in a serving dish and top with sauté mixture.
- Sprinkle parmesan, salt and pepper on top.
