Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1/2 ENVY™ apple
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1 tsp liquid honey or agave
Method
- Prepare the quinoa as the package directs, to end up with 1 cup cooked.
- While the quinoa cooks, chop apple into bite-sized pieces. Warm the milk in a pan or in the microwave.
- Place the cooked quinoa in a serving bowl, add the milk, sprinkle with cinnamon and pecans, and spoon on the honey.
