Makes 2 Servings
Ingredients:
- 4 slices sour dough bread
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 ENVY™ apple, peeled, cored, and thinly sliced
- 1 ¾ ounces of brie cheese sliced
- 4 slices cooked bacon
- 1 teaspoon honey mustard
Method:
- Butter one side of each bread slice
- Peel and core the apple and cut into thin slices
- Lay out two slices of bread, buttered slide down
- Top with a little honey mustard then layer with 2 slices of bacon, ENVY™ apple slices and brie cheese slices
- Top with the remaining two slices of bread butter side up to create two sandwiches
- Heat a grill pan or frying pan and cook the sandwiches until golden brown on each side and the cheese is beginning to bubble
- Cut the sandwiches in half and serve with a side salad or extra honey mustard sauce
