- ¼ C Sour Cream
- 1 Frozen Cheesecake
Method
Prepare frozen cheesecake per directions on the box.
Spread a thin layer of sour cream on top of the cheesecake.
Slice Envy™ apples into wedges.
Blanch Envy™ wedge, let cool, then place on top of sour cream layer.
Top cheesecake with thinly sliced Envy™ for added flair.
