Ingredients
- 2 ENVY™Apples
- 1 Cup Plain Greek Yoghurt
- ¾ Cup Mixed Frozen or Fresh Berries
- 1 Cup Almond Milk
- Swirl of Honey if Desired
- Ice cubes
- Mint Leaves to Garnish
METHOD
- Core the ENVY™ Apples and cut into 4 wedges
- Combine in the blender with the yoghurt, berries, almond milk and honey and pulse to break up
- Add the ice cubes and blend until smooth and creamy
- Pour into glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves
