Ingredients
- 4 oz gin
- 2 oz lime/apple juice
- 2 oz simple syrup
For the lime/ apple juice
- Blend together ¼ cup lime juice and ½ an ENVY™ apple, peeled and diced.
Method
- In a tall glass filled with ice, add gin, juice, and simple syrup.
- Stir until ice cold and then strain into a coupe glass (or desired cocktail glass).
- Garnish with a thinly sliced lime.
