ENVY™ APPLE DIPPERS WITH CREAM CHEESE, HONEY & CINNAMON SPREAD

Sliced ENVY™ apples with creamy dessert/ snack style spread.

Serves 4

INGREDIENTS

  • 3-4 ENVY™ apples
  • 1 lemon + ½ cup ice and water
  • 150gms good quality cream cheese, at room temperature
  • ¼ cup floral scented honey
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • Edible flowers

METHOD

  1. Slice the ENVY™ apples into even sized wedges and place in a bowl.
  2. Squeeze over the lemon juice and add the water, toss the apples gently and allow to sit for 3 minutes then drain very well.
  3. Whip the cream cheese until soft and creamy and spread over your board.
  4. Drizzle with the honey and dust with the cinnamon.
  5. Decorate with the apple slices and edible flowers.
