1 Envy™ Apple
¼ C Cherries
¼ C Walnuts
2 Heads of Romaine Lettuce, washed
¼ C Feta Cheese
Sweet vinaigrette dressing, to taste
Edible Flowers, for garnish
Slice Envy™ apples into 1-inch cubes and set aside.
Pit the cherries, cut in half, and set aside.
Sautee walnuts in butter until edges are browned.
Slice romaine in half lengthwise and place on grill.
Grill romaine until char marks appear.
Put romaine on serving tray and top with sauteed walnuts, feta cheese, Envy™ apples, and cherries.
Drizzle with sweet vinaigrette dressing, to taste.
Garnish with edible flowers.
