Envy™ Apple Gin Fizz Punch

Ingredients

• 12 Envy™ Apples
• 4 C Water
• 4 C Sugar
• 16 oz Gin
• 4 oz Lemon Juice
• 8 oz Club Soda

• Juicer

Instructions

1. Cut Envy apples into small pieces, reserving a few slices for drink garnishes.
2. Using a juicer, press Envy apples through the juicer and collect the juice.
3. Mix sugar, water, and 4 cups of the Envy juice in a saucepan over medium-high heat.
4. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer, and remove from heat after sugar is dissolved.
5. Let cool completely, then strain the mixture and pour into serving pitcher.
6. Stir in gin, lemon juice, club soda, and the remaining 4 cups of Envy juice.
