- 奇亞籽 1大匙
- 杏仁奶 1杯
- 椰子優格 ½杯
- ENVY™ 愛妃蘋果(去核,磨成細絲) 1顆
- 烘烤過的堅果碎或奇亞籽 2大匙
- 當季鮮果
作法
- 把燕麥片、蜂蜜或楓糖漿、奇亞籽和杏仁奶混合均勻。
- 以翻拌方式加入蘋果細絲和優格。
- 把燕麥分成2份裝進罐子或碗裡,冷藏一晚。
- 食用前加上烘焙堅果和新鮮水果即可
