- 2 oz Scotch
- 1 oz Apple Brandy
- 4 oz Apple Cider
- 1 Envy Apple
- Whole Cloves for Garnish

Method
- Combine scotch, apple brandy, and apple cider in cocktail shaker.
- Shake well.
- Strain drink mixture into two glasses.
- Cut Envy apple horizontally into round slices.
- Serve each drink with one slice of Envy apple on top.
- Garnish Envy apple slice with cloves, if desired.
