Ingredients
- Sourdough Baguette
- 6oz Spreadable Goat Cheese
- 6 Strips of Bacon
- 2 Envy Apples
- 3T Honey
Method
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
- Slice baguette into ½ inch slices and place on baking sheet.
- Spread goat cheese on baguette slices.
- Bake for 4-6 minutes until cheese is melty.
- Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy, then crumble and set aside.
- Slice Envy apples into thin wedges and place on top of goat cheese.
- Sprinkle bacon crumbles over Envy apples and top with a drizzle of honey.
