Elevated ENVY™ cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 2 ENVY™ Apples
  • ¼ C Sour Cream
  • 1 Frozen Cheesecake

Method

  1. Prepare frozen cheesecake per directions on the box.
  2. Spread a thin layer of sour cream on top of the cheesecake.
  3. Slice ENVY™ apples into wedges.
  4. Torch ENVY™ wedge, let cool, then place on top of sour cream layer.
  5. Top cheesecake with thinly sliced ENVY™ for added flair.
