- 1 Envy™ 蘋果,去核磨碎
- 2 湯匙香烤碎堅果或奇亞籽
- 新鮮時令水果
做法
- 將燕麥、蜂蜜或楓糖漿、奇亞籽及杏仁奶混合均勻。
- 然後拌勻磨碎的蘋果及乳酪。
- 將乳酪混合物分裝在兩個罐子或碗中,冷藏過夜。
- 上碟前,放上香烤堅果及新鮮水果裝飾。
