Preheat the oven to 375 degrees

Slice baguette into ½ inch slices and place on baking sheet.

Spread goat cheese on baguette slices.

Bake for 4-6 minutes until cheese is melty.

Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy, then crumble and set aside.

Slice Envy apples into thin wedges and place on top of goat cheese.

Sprinkle bacon crumbles over Envy apples and top with a drizzle of honey.
