Slice an ENVY™ apple into rounds or slices. Top with a dollop of Greek yogurt, a mint leaf and a sprinkle of raspberry powder.
Sliced ENVY™ apple with miso caramel
- Make a miso caramel – combine 1 cup Extra Fine Sugar and 2 tablespoons light corn syrup in a medium saucepan with ¼ cup water. Place over a medium heat and bring to a boil, swirling the pan. Cook over high heat until the sauce turns a rich amber color. Remove from the heat and whisk in 4 tablespoons (½ stick) unsalted butter and ¼ cup heavy cream. Cool slightly then whisk in 1 tablespoon white miso.
- Cool to room temperature.
- Slice an ENVY™ apple into thin slices and dip into the caramel. Extra caramel can be refrigerated for up to 7 days.
